How do I Claim my listing?
To claim the listing you will need to search your business by name in search window, once you find your business name double click on it. Options of “claim listing” is available on the detailed screen if the listing is available to claim. “Claim listing” button is not available for listing which have been claimed.
What If I don’t see my listing in search?
If your listing is not available, simply add your listing using “Add a business now” or option “Add your business”.
What happens once I claim my listing?
Once you have claimed your listing it needs to be approved by site admin to ensure that the listing is claimed by its rightful owner.
Why approval by site admin is needed every time a listing is updated?
All updates to listings and review of listing needs to go thru approval process to ensure the quality and the guidelines are maintained.
Am I required to have an account to add my business to the site?
Yes. In order to add any item, including Free items, to the directory you must have an account.
What happens if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, please click on ‘Password Recovery’ option on the bottom. The password recovery email will be sent to the email address provided during registration. The email will contain a link which will redirect the user to the ‘Manage Account’ section, where the password can be updated.
How can I sign up for an account?
You can signup by using “Register”, this option is available on the top and bottom of the main screen.
